SHIPPING WITHIN MALAYSIA / DOMESTIC FULFILLMENT
- We ship most orders within 3 business days of purchase (excluding Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays).
- We will try to get your order out within 3-5 working day after we receive payment confirmation from finance. As soon as we ship it out, we'll send you a notification with all the shipping details.

Shipping times may vary, but you should expect to receive your parcel after shipment processing.
- 2-4 working days for major cities
- 4-6 working days for non major areas
Dispatch times vary, orders confirm after cut off time (1.00PM) will be processed as next working day.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
- We ship worldwide via Fed Ex International Priority or Malaysia Post EMS or DHL.
- You may track your Fed Ex order here and Pos Malaysia EMS postal mail here.
- International expedited shipping will take 5-7 working days. Malaysia Post EMS will take 10 working days.
- Shipping Fees will be calculated upon checkout.
- We provide express shipping to Singapore with shipping fees RM20 which will take around 5 working days, tracking number will be provided upon order dispatch.
- We ship to all countries except Israel & Nigeria.
- Any Tax Duty upon receiving in the country will be the buyer's responsible to communicate with the respective country custom.
- We do not accept order cancellations upon dispatch of your order.
