If you need help to locate your orders, simply email us at support@myballerine.com . We try our best to attend to you within 24 hours, usually it only takes hours or minutes if we're in front of the computer. :)

Shipping times may vary, but you should expect to receive your parcel after shipment processing. 

• 2-4 working days for major cities
• 4-6 working days for non major areas

Dispatch times vary, orders confirm after cut off time (1.00PM) will be processed as next working day.

For international shipping, please email to support@myballerine.com and we'll check the shipping fee based on your location.

We accept exchanges within 15 working days for all domestic orders and within 30 working days for all international orders.

Exchanges are only valid for sizing issues or manufacturer’s defect.

Slash-priced items are NOT eligible for exchange or return unless it's manufacturing defect.

Postage is to be borne by the customer in the event of an exchange.

All items must be returned in original condition, not worn, not washed and not changed in any way. The management of MY BALLERINE reserves the rights to reject any damaged or used items based on our discretion.

Upon returning your item to us, please email: support@myballerine.com with the following information: -

• Your Name (As per invoice)
• Your email address 
• Invoice number / Order ID
• Reason for exchange.

If you would like to exchange sizes, please state clearly which size that you want us to resend to you.

For returns due to wrong item(s) sent or defective item(s), a pick-up service will be arranged.

• Your Name (As per invoice)
• Your email address (As per your registered account name in www.myballerine.com)
• Invoice number / Order ID
• Reason for return.

Please attached pictures to proof the wrong item(s) sent or defective.
