Foot length unit is MM (millimeter)
Stand straight on a paper, mark points of the longest front toe and heel. The length of the two points is the foot length.
Left foot and right foot will be with slight different length. Please measure the bigger one.
If your foot measurement is halfway between sizes, select the larger size.
If feet is thick and wide, recommend choose one size bigger.
If feet is narrow and thin, please choose the exact size or one size smaller.

For the returns due to other reasons other than wrong item(s) sent or defective item(s), a pick-up service can be arranged. Shipping charges for the pick-up service will be borne by you and pick-up service charges will be deducted from your refund amount.

The shoes looks nice but rubbing my heel

Shoe design cute and nice

Shoe design cute and nice, but a bit low cut at behind (heel area) and a bit hurt when walk n skin become red at upper heels.

overall the shoe looks cute and comfortable at foot step area but not really comfortable at top of the feet and heels for me
